Experience
Chari Young is of counsel with HROI, LLC. HROI counsels and consults with employers on the full range of human resource issues, conducts independent investigations and provides dispute resolution services for harassment, discrimination and other serious employee complaints and develops and conducts management and supervisory training on HR-related topics for companies throughout the country.
Prior to joining HROI in 2007, Ms. Young was in private practice with a local law firm, counseling and training clients on employment law issues, acting as defense counsel in lawsuits and administrative filings and in various other cases. Ms. Young served as law clerk to the Honorable Carlos Murguia, United States District Court Judge from 2003 to 2006.
